Love was in the air last week or should I say Love was underwater….
On another beautiful sunny day on North Stradbroke Island, Danny was plotting with the Manta crew the best way to pop the big question to Miss Shelley.
The dive boat rigid too was to take the unsuspecting Shelly to Flat rock for dive one to relax her and the very nervous Danny.
Dive two was to be a the big moment at Manta bommie with Mantas circling above for just the right romantic atmosphere.
Arriving at the bommie the mantas were there but the current was doing its best to make Shelly a runaway bride so either fear or common sense made Danny ask captain Tim for a time extension and if he could drop them in at shag rock for one more attempt. Obliging as the Manta team are and with a few little white lies we were able convince Shelley that she had to go for a quick navigation dive with Instructor Andrew to complete her advanced open water course. While Instructor Marco just so happened to have his video camera with him.
Five minutes later Miss Shelley is to soon to be Mrs Shelley
