The course is based on practical experience and is typically completed over three days:
- Night Dive completed Friday night
- Deep, Navigation & your two specialities completed over Saturday & Sunday

Help protect and understand the 6th largest animal on earth!
We are undertaking surveys on humpback whale health and collecting samples at Point Lookout, North Stradbroke Island to study whale diseases between July and October. North Straddie provides one of the best access points in Australia to see and study the Humpback whales.

Conditions have been great on Straddie this half of spring. The water temperature is creeping up into the early 20’s and we have been treated to some fantastic visibility, Shag rock hit a comfy 30 meters + which was exceptional and made for some great diving.
